We appreciate your interest in advertising in the Informer. Listed below are the ad specifications and prices.
Advertising Policy
OCHEC publications exist solely to advance homeschooling and to further the
educational goals of homeschooling families by providing encouragement,
support, and resources. We gladly accept advertisements that support these
goals. Advertisements not directly related to homeschooling, but of possible
interest to homeschooling families, are accepted upon review. We reserve the
right to refuse any advertisement without explanation. Advertising with OCHEC
does not express or imply an endorsement of products or services.

Advertising Rates
The OCHEC Informer is mailed quarterly to approximately 4000
homes.

Outside Back Cover, four-color, $675 8"W x 8"H (.125" bleed sides and bottom)
Inside Back or Front Cover, four-color, $600 8.5"W x 11"H (.125" bleed)
Black and White
Full Page, $450 7.5"W x 10"H
Half Page, $240 7.5"W x 4.875"H
One-third Page, $140 Square - 4.5"W x 4.875"H; Vertical = 2.125"W x 10"H
One-sixth Page, $75 2.125"W x 4.875"H
One-twelfth Page, $50 2.125"W x 2.312"H
Acceptable Formats-Ads must be sent in the following formats. If ads are not
in the following formats OCHEC cannot guarantee placement in the Informer.

Formats:

Resolution: 300 dpi photos, 600 dpi text
Mac - QuarkXpress, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator (include fonts & support
files)
Media - Email, or mail on CD-ROM, 100MB or 250MB Zip disk
Classified Ads:

Classified ads are printed in the Regionally Speaking section of the
Informer
magazine. They are categorized under statewide or specific cities or regions.
(Note: It is not our policy to accept "wanted" or "for sale" ads.) All
classified ads will also be posted once in the OCHEC Update e-newsletter.
Steps to placing a classified ad
1. Submit your classified ad by email to classifiedads@ochec.com. If this is not possible, please call the office (405-810-0386) and leave a message for the editor to return your call.
2. Please note what city or region you would like the ad to appear under.
3. Print the Classified Ad Submission Form and mail with your payment to the OCHEC office.
