Remember move-in, set-up is May 2, 2013, from 12:00 noon - 6:00 pm
New I-40 Directions to Cox Convention Center
From the East on I-40:
Take the I-235 North exit from I-40.
Exit Sheridan Ave.
Travel west on Sheridan Avenue through Bricktown to E.K. Gaylord.
At intersection of Sheridan and E.K. Gaylord, you turn left/south to Reno, then turn right to the check-in point. Check-in point is on the south side of the Cox Center
From the West on I-40:
Exit the Shields Ave exit from the NEW I-40.
After exiting, continue to the east until you reach a traffic light (Shields Blvd).
Turn left/north on Shields.
Travel north and Shields will become E.K. Gaylord. Turn left on Reno to the check-in point. Check-in point is on the south side of the Cox Center.
Drawings for prizes are permitted. However the drawings must occur 2 hours before the end of the convention. Announcements of the prize winners will not be made during workshop sessions, but a message board will be available at the convention information booth.
The sales tax rate for Oklahoma City is 8.375% Please be sure to read the information in your Exhibitor Brochure concerning taxes.
