You will need to send OCHEC a copy of this page once you have filled in the information. You may either print this page, and print the information, or you can cut and paste into a text document and fill in the information using your computer. Then, send the page to us by email (adservices@ochec.com) and print 2 copies, one for your records and a hard copy to mail with your check. 

To announce any event, class, or activity that charges $10 or more PER PERSON, you must purchase a bulletin board ad. Business classifieds will also be listed  as room allows. (Note: It is not our policy to accept "wanted" or "for sale" ads.)

We gladly accept advertisements that support these goals. We reserve the right to refuse any advertisement not in keeping with our goals, without explanation.
